Our payment terms include: • Freelancers receive payment after project completion • We charge a service fee (percentage varies by plan) • Clients must fund projects before work begins • Payments are held in escrow until project approval • Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Users must communicate professionally and: • Not share contact information before contract start • Use our platform for all project-related communication • Respond to messages within 24 business hours • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior • Not spam or send unsolicited messages Violations may result in account suspension.

Regarding intellectual property: • Freelancers retain rights to their work until payment is complete • Clients receive full rights to deliverables upon payment • Users may not infringe on others' intellectual property • Content uploaded must not violate copyright laws • We may remove content that violates these rules Users are responsible for securing necessary rights for their content.

You may not use our platform to: • Engage in illegal activities • Post false or misleading information • Circumvent our payment system • Harass or discriminate against others • Upload malware or harmful code • Scrape or collect data from our platform • Impersonate others Violations will result in immediate account termination.

In case of disputes: • Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly • Our support team is available for mediation • We may make final decisions on disputes • Users agree to binding arbitration for unresolved disputes • Class action lawsuits are waived We strive to be fair to all parties in dispute resolution.
